My son walked in there at 7 p.m. on Monday August 23rd 2021 four girls were working at the time only two were sitting waiting and only two were cutting hair and my son was told that they could not do his hair that they were shorthanded and wouldn't have enough time now this is that 7 p.m. they don't close for an hour I was next door shopping so I came out to talk to my son I also called the lady at the front desk and ask her why he cannot get his haircut and that's exactly what she had told me and no more did I hang up the phone with her and me and my son went to go get in our vehicle two of them were walking out the door at the same time and headed to McDonald's this has happened more than once I've heard from other people that get their hair cut their this is not the way that you should take care of your customers because we've been going there for over eight years now and since they have switched a lot of girls lately they have been rude also ran my card and didn't cancel it and I never got my money back and he would not give me a refund but they turn us away an hour before closing and there's only two waiting and that's it. I don't even know if they were getting their haircut or not I just know that there was two boys sitting there for a man and a boy and my son got turned away at 7 p.m. and add hour for closing and they said that they were short-handed when they have four girls working in there two of them went to McDonald's in the other two were cutting hair that's not what I call good customer service
