This is Joe O’s wife. He Told me he left a review and I just now read it. It takes a lot to make Joe upset, he is kind and patient. I have never known him to write a negative review. He and my son have been to this store a few times as he likes the quality of their haircuts. They are gone for hours, which I never understood considering he has made online appointments. He also gives large tips, especially at his last visit at Christmas. This is so disappointing that Sportsclips treated my family this way. We will be taking our business elsewhere, I recommend you do the same.

I'm done with this place. The App has been F'd up for a couple months now - for the last two haircuts, I have had to wait 55 minutes more and 1 hour / 10 minutes longer time than my appointment. Nicole gives a decent haircut, but my time is valuable to me, especially on the weekend. Others behind me had the same issues. I told Nicole (the manager) today that I was not satisfied and would not be back, she said "I just cut hair here". BYE

I wouldn’t recommend no one Tina at this store so disrespectful, nasty and careless about service which is about online checking Even I got there 9 minutes earlier with my 2 years old son at 118 Fahrenheit she had someone else! What the hack why am I checking online you can’t text your client telling you can come I. Earlier then your actual time this is absolutely ridiculous I ll never ever go that location & stopped recommend all my friends,quality customer service brings clients but she even didn’t care about me she said you can sit down and wait What the hell!! So Rude Disrespectful& Nasty.... please go local Barbershops not the one like nasty hairdressers working I am so frustrated with incident that happened today by 6 pm at moon valley location with Tina, I was scheduled 6 09 pm to night for haircut I got automatic text by 5 37 saying ll be ready in 15 mins I got second text 5 54 saying proceed into the store I got there at 6 pm with my 2 years old toddler she had already client hairdressing that she can’t wait 6 more mins especially in this crazy pandemic and responding so rude saying sorry you are late wait more 30 mins I got so mad to her behavior being selfish and careless she has been hairdressing me more than 2 years and I’m client for 4 years it wasn’t ethic and so disappointing it’s not the for time happened last years but I didn’t react but this time hurt my feelings so deeply I recommended so many my coworkers to that store but today it was my last time being there I’m getting 9 minutes earlier than my appointment and she is acting so rudely especially when you got your 2 years old toddler hurts more even though she is not calling checking if I am on my way I know the manager Nicole mostly everyone knows me there starting today I’m stop going to moon valley sportclips and so my friends. It’s doesn’t mean I ll stop going other locations later on I went to cactus sport Clips Haircuts Anna took care of me very well, but today what she has done was disrespectful selfishness and rudeness Never Ever Again Tina And Moon Valley location its not worthed to lose your regular costumer it doesn’t require business ethic especially when I get there 9 minutes before estimated time it’s unprofessional
